Our process for selling your property is addressed in five simple steps. Step 1: Meet face-to-face and perform a pre-listing consult with you. Step 2: Provide to you a home evaluation to let you know the best methods for selling your property. Step 3: we will perform a market analysis comparison so you can see your competition, what properties are selling for, and trends. Steps 4 and 5: we deliver a listing proposal and agreement to you should you choose to partner with us.

Cindy Young, Broker in Charge, Realtor.
Cindy Young has been working in Beaufort Real Estate for over a decade and believes in the personal touch to customer service. She will pick up the phone at odd hours, work around your schedule, and is incredibly flexible with how much involvement you choose to have or not have in the real estate buying and selling process.
Since August 2004, Cindy has successfully helped her clients navigate the Real Estate terrain, through both the high and low markets. She is the broker/owner of Point South Realty and she is happy to share her education and experience with her clients to help them make informed choices and have a great experience buying their home or investment property. Cindy started her real estate career after serving 22 years with the US Marine Corps. She says her career choice as a Real Estate Broker is directly related to the empathy she has for families relocating from other areas and her desire to help make that transition smooth. Over the years, she has helped over 200 families purchase or sell their home. Cindy continually strives for excellence through education. She has earned a BA through Indiana University and earned a dual Master Degrees in Business Management and Human Resources. She has earned numerous Realtor designations: ABR, ASR, CRS, and GRI, and enjoys the honors of holding 5 consecutive previous franchise 100% Club national awards and 2 Executive Awards. She is determined to assure her clients receive and experience the best professional service that she can provide.
Cindy enjoys yoga, walks on the beach, reading non-fiction, playing cards with friends and just being outside. She say’s she will never turn down a boat ride on the beautiful rivers in Beaufort County. Cindy loves renovating homes to bring them new life and new owners. For over 20 years prior to becoming a Realtor, Amy has worked alongside her husband in their building/general contracting business. Her knowledge of the home building process is invaluable to anyone looking for property to build their dream home. Having bought and sold houses of her own, she knows what it is like to be in her client’s shoes. She understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful and views it as a privilege to help her clients through this process and make it as easy as possible. Whether working with buyers or sellers, her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her the most.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, volunteering and spending time with her husband, son and their Australian Shepherd, Zoe.
